Dr Varun Desai is a consultant anaesthetist at Blacktown and Sydney Children’s Hospital. He obtained his undergraduate medical degree from Otago University and completed his anaesthetic training at Westmead Hospital. He has an interest in paediatric anaesthesia, medical education and all things motorsport!
